The session kicked off with a powerful reality check by our CBO, Shaifuddin Nayeem. He addressed the "Crossroads" that every graduate faces—the confusion and frustration of applying for jobs without success.

He introduced the concept of the "Trust Gap." Employers often hesitate to hire fresh graduates not because they lack intelligence, but because they lack the "Universal Business Language." Understanding how a business actually operates—from procurement to production to sales—is the missing link.
Demystifying ERP: From Cake to Furniture
Mr. Rajibul Islam, CEO of Dot BD Solutions, took the stage to demystify Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Instead of using complex jargon, he demonstrated Odoo ERP using real-world scenarios that students could relate to:
The Cake Example: How a single order for a cake automatically deducts sugar, flour, and eggs from the inventory.

Students witnessed a Live Demo of Odoo 19, seeing firsthand how Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Accounting are integrated into one "Central Nervous System."
