On January 25, 2026, in collaboration with the IEOM Society AUST Student Chapter, we successfully hosted the exclusive seminar "Enterprise Efficiency: Odoo ERP for Resilience." Held at the VC Seminar Room, the session was a deep dive into how modern technologies are transforming the world of production and logistics.
Why Focus on Manufacturing & Supply Chain?
Managing complex supply chains and production lines is one of the biggest challenges for modern businesses. The seminar highlighted how Odoo ERP solves these challenges by integrating Manufacturing (MRP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) into a single, seamless platform.

Smart Manufacturing: How Odoo simplifies the production line, from Bill of Materials (BoM) to Work Orders.
Supply Chain Visibility: Real-time tracking of inventory, automated procurement, and route management.

Event Highlights
The session went beyond theory. We walked the audience through a live demonstration of Odoo’s Manufacturing and Inventory modules. Students and professionals got to see firsthand how raw materials are tracked, how manufacturing orders are processed, and how finished goods move through the supply chain to the customer.
The engagement was incredible—the Q&A session featured excellent questions about industry standards, automation in factories, and how Odoo compares to traditional legacy systems in the manufacturing sector.
